Cutting Oil
Sealtek's cutting oil has been specifically made for all cutting, drilling, tapping and turning operations on ferrous and non ferrous metals.
It can be safely considered an all-porpouse product and, thanks to its EP additives, even severe machinings can be succesfully taken on.
The prime quality lubricants contained in this product maintain tool cutting edge sharper for longer, drillins and cuttings are more accurate and the operator doesen't have to waste time with remakes or sharpening operations.
Simultaneous cooling action
What makes sealtek's cutting oil rather unique is the simultaneous cooling action of its components which efficiently keeps away heat generated by the friction of tools agains metal; this prevents metal shavings from soldering to the tools themselves which would cause their premature breakage. This cooling action, combined with the lubricating action, guarantees accurate, sure and fast machining.
Protects against corrosion
Once machined there is no need to treat teh pieces with an anti-corrosion agent because sealtek's cutting oil contains substances that give them-porary protection to machined ferrous metals: all you need to do to have a clean, protected finished product is to remove all metalresidual matter and shavings with compressed air. However, if necessary sealtek's cutting oil can be removed with any solvent among sealtek range.
No harmful fumes or vapors
There are obsolutely no troublesome or harmful vapors of fumes thanks to the special ''fume-proof'' addditive in sealtek's cutting oil. It contains no nitrites or other potentially dangerous compounds

Carbon dioxide (Co2) is the propellant in sealtek's cutting oil, easy-to-use spray can, making this product doubly safe, more afficient and ecological.
Accplication Instructions
Use either a spray can or oil can with spout to apply directly on the cutting tool or metal.
The product can also be used in machine tool recycle systems.
