OpenSupply only supplies to companies and not to individuals.
That is why we are not legally obliged to offer you the right of withdrawal as it applies to private individuals.
Of course we want you to be satisfied with your order.
However, returns are only possible in the following cases:
- you have received the wrong item
- the item is damaged
- you always complain to us in advance by mail, [email protected], within 5 working days after you have received the article
- in the case of incorrect and/or incorrect items, an attempt will always be made to replace them with the correct and/or undamaged items
- if this does not work, we will discuss with you whether we will send you a voucher or refund the purchase amount.
In some cases we may ask you for further documentation and substantiation.
