Load limiter HF05/A/AL
Application field:
This mechanical sensor is designed to detect a load threshold in cable lifting systems equipped with a dead end. When the threshold is exceeded, a signal is generated that can be used according to the user’s needs.
Examples:
• In lifting: load limitation
• In translation: speed limitation depending on load
• In traction: effort limitation, etc.
This sensor is particularly suitable for new installations and for applications where it is important not to lose lifting height.
Operating principle:
The sensor operates by elastic deformation of a one-piece load cell. This deformation acts, through an adjustment screw, on a micro switch that provides an “allor-nothing” signal (see details in the commissioning manual).
