Chain tension meter HF 25/LPT
Application field:
Device designed to measure the force generated by electric chain hoists. The POWER HOIST HF25 allows precise determination of the friction clutch adjustment level on chain hoists without the need for calibration weights. Thanks to the “MAX” function, in most cases the force measurement can be performed from ground level, eliminating the need for an access platform or scaffolding.
Operating principle:
Shear force measurement using strain gauges. The sensor directly receives the applied force, and the resulting internal stresses are measured by the strain gauge bridge integrated in the sensor. The signal generated by the strain gauges is then processed by the associated electronics and displayed on the LCD screen.
